Green is not just for St Patrick’s Day. Green is good for you all year round. Only if you want to stay healthy as long as you can. If you’d rather binge on sugar, alcohol and be taken care of once you are old, it’s definitely not for you.
1 cup kale (stalks removed)
1 cup coconut water
1/2 squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp agave syrup
This will serve one person. If you want it thicker and more substantial, add a banana.
Put everything in a blender, mix until smooth. Enjoy x.
